Terms and Conditions – bqji Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below. Reading this section first will help you understand the rest of the document clearly.

• "bqji" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to bqji.fun and the organisation operating it, which provides online casino games, sports betting and related services to Pakistani players.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has created an account on bqji or is accessing the platform.
• "Account" — the personal bqji account created by a player upon successful registration.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — the PKR balance held within your bqji account, representing funds available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credits added to your bqji account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount you must bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process bqji may require players to complete in order to confirm their identity and age.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the only currency accepted and used on bqji.

To open and operate a bqji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times. If any condition is not met, you must not use the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. bqji operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point.
• You are accessing bqji from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bqji or any other gaming platform, that is currently active.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of an employee of bqji or any of its partner studios or payment providers.

When you register for a bqji account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. bqji is entitled to rely on this information and you are responsible for keeping it up to date.

You are permitted to hold only one account on bqji. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify the bqji support team at support@bqji.fun immediately so the duplicate can be closed. Deliberately operating multiple accounts for any reason — including claiming bonuses multiple times — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

You are responsible for keeping your bqji login credentials secure. bqji will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately. bqji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where you have not taken reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on bqji are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bqji does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside bqji's control.

The following payment methods are accepted on bqji: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit on bqji is Rs 500. Deposits are typically processed instantly.

Withdrawal requests on bqji are processed within approximately 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers typically arrive within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. These timelines apply under normal operating conditions. During high-volume periods or where KYC documentation is outstanding, processing may take longer.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same bqji account, or to a method that has been verified during KYC.
• bqji will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not in the registered player's name, or anonymous payment methods.
• bqji reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected.
• Standard withdrawal limits apply based on account tier. Players may contact bqji support to request limit reviews with appropriate verification in place.

bqji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts in good standing. Any account under review, suspended or subject to outstanding KYC requirements is not eligible to receive or use bonuses.
• The welcome bonus on bqji is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount (or winnings generated from bonus funds) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion page before you opt in.
• Wagering requirements on bqji are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Contributing games and their contribution percentages are listed in the promotion details.
• Attempting to use more than one active bonus at the same time is not permitted on bqji unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bqji reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on bqji are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules for that game or market.

bqji reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or payout being offered, and the error is identified before the bet is settled.
• Where a bet has been placed using funds that are subsequently identified as originating from fraudulent activity.
• Where a game result is disputed and under investigation by the game provider or by bqji's internal integrity team.
• Where it is determined that a player had access to information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed (match-fixing, insider information).

The minimum bet across bqji is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market and account tier and are displayed within each game or market before you place your stake. bqji reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for individual accounts where unusual wagering patterns are identified, with or without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bqji. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one bqji account, including creating accounts in another person's name.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with bqji's platform, games or payment systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, vulnerability or undisclosed software method.
• Colluding with other players in any casino or card game on bqji to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Initiating chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider after using those funds to bet on bqji.
• Using bqji for any money laundering activity or for processing funds connected to illegal activity.
• Sharing your bqji account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Systematic exploitation of promotions in ways that are clearly contrary to the spirit of those offers (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting).

bqji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious transaction patterns or money laundering indicators.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bqji will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any dormancy fee is applied.
• Request from the account holder themselves — players may request account closure at any time by contacting support@bqji.fun.

Where an account is closed by bqji due to a terms violation, any remaining balance in the account will be reviewed. Balances derived from legitimate play (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation is complete. Balances connected to fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

Where a player requests self-exclusion, bqji will close the account and, if requested, restrict any new account registration from the same identifying details for the duration specified by the player.

bqji is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Pakistani players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. It should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. bqji takes this responsibility seriously and has built a range of tools to help players maintain a healthy relationship with gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bqji account holders and can be activated from the account settings page at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders — set alerts to remind you how long you have been playing. This tool does not restrict access but provides a visible prompt to review your activity.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict your access to bqji for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. The restriction takes effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently restrict your access to bqji. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Contact support@bqji.fun to initiate permanent self-exclusion.

All content on bqji — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, audio, video and underlying code — is the property of bqji or its licensed game providers and partners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bqji platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from bqji without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the bqji platform.
• Use the bqji brand name, logo or any associated marks in any way without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or embed any portion of the bqji platform on any external website or application.

bqji provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the platform, bqji does not guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, interruptions or delays at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bqji's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts withdrawn during the same period.

bqji shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, game errors or technical failures beyond bqji's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of or inability to use the bqji platform.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

Nothing in these terms limits bqji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bqji reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bqji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bqji platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using bqji and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
